We had a fantastic stay at voco, where the reception staff made us feel right at home. their warm welcome set the tone for our visit. the breakfast buffet was really good, and we were thrilled with the cleanliness of our room. being upgraded to a room with a stunning view was an added bonus. the front office staff were helpful, and we appreciated the late checkout to enjoy our breakfast peacefully.

Everything was fabulous, affable staff, nice views of the sea and city. We got a stylish standard queen room. The location was perfectly comfortable, within a close distance from America's Cup Village. The property was set in a relaxing area. An attached restaurant was beautiful for breakfast.

The room was a nice size and brand-new and had coffee/tea makers and glassware. I GREATly enjoyed the breakfast, it was amazing.

the breakfast spread was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed having authentic pizza at the on-site restaurant. my room offered a beautiful view of the sky tower, and the valet parking was convenient as I was traveling with my family. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing me an early check-in which made my arrival seamless.

Our room was barely serviced, and we often returned to unmade beds after long days. We even had to ask for basic supplies like towels and toiletries repeatedly.

I had a fantastic stay with great value for my money, thanks to the modern and spacious room perfect for my family. The central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially during my birthday celebration.

The menu for breakfast could use more variety each day.

The king room was spacious and comfortable, making my stay pleasant. The location in the central business district made it easy to reach my meetings and explore the area. Plus, the rooftop bar was a highlight with its great cocktails. It was also nice to have self-service laundry available during my visit.

Check-in was a total mess-barely got a hello, just ID and card! The room felt neglected, bed looked barely made, and smelled funky. Plus, I had to fight for a refund for extra parking. Super frustrating!

The sun terrace was perfect, with comfy loungers and scenic views. The self-serve drinking water in the room could use some improvement, but it didn't take away from our overall great experience 🌞

It was just a decent option for a getaway in Auckland with fantastic value for money. The bar on the top floor had really good service and products, but be aware of the prices of the items. Try to check in closer to the check-in time to avoid waiting around too long.

The views from our room were amazing, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We faced long wait times during check-in and dealt with some maintenance issues like loud plumbing and unpleasant water odors. A lovely experience with room for improvement.
